RSC Families, Players, and Friends,

Voting is now open for your favorite RSC Top 20 photo. Thanks to everyone for all the great photos submitted! To vote on your favorite, all you need to do is go to the RSC Facebook page, become a fan (friend), and vote by selecting 'Like' on any one or many of the Top 20 photos in the RSC 2015 Fall Photo Contest photo album.     

The top 3 photos who receive the most 'Likes' (votes) will win a prize! Feel free to campaign for either your, if your one of the Top 20, or your favorite photo(s) all you want. You can share the RSC Facebook page, forward this email, or post your vote on your favorite site for all your friends and family to join you.  

Voting will continue through Wednesday, December 2 at 11:00pm, and the winners will be announced on Friday, December 4. Good luck!

Additional Photo Contest Details

We had such a great time viewing the many photos from our RSC Photo Contest last year, we are happy to announce our 4th Annual 2015 RSC Fall Photo Contest is open to all families, players, and friends of RSC.  We are looking for you to share your favorite "RSC Moment" from any of our programs or events over the last year for a chance to win one of three prizes to be awarded.

The winning photo's and photographer's names will be announced at the annual RSC banquet on Friday, December 4.  The photo submission period starts today and will run through Sunday, November 22.  Any RSC family member, player, or friend can submit up to five (5) of their favorite photos through email to [email protected].  The winners will be selected, as voted on by fans, from the ‘Top 20’ photos submitted and best represents the character and spirit of RSC.  Everyone will be able to vote from the Top 20 selection on the RSC Facebook page starting Wednesday, November 25 through Wednesday, December 2.  You must be a fan of RSC on Facebook to view and vote on the photos.

Feel free to share this contest and ability to vote with all your friends and families.  Following are the photo contest rules and details:

1. Photos must be submitted by email to [email protected]
2. Up to 5 photos may be submitted per individual for contest submission
3. Contest photos must be .jpg format and named with ‘phone - #’ format (ex:  2486500113-1.jpg, 2486500113-2.jpg, etc)
4. Other photos may be submitted for future club use and considerations but do not require any specific naming
5. Your photo contest email submission must include photographer name, phone number, email ID (if different), and date(s) photo(s) were taken so we can contact winners
6. The RSC Marketing Committee will select the Top 20 photos to be placed in the contest based on the following:
   • Use and recognition of RSC
   • RSC character and spirit as contained in the photo composition and content
   • Photo quality
7. The winners, as voted on by fans, will be selected from the Top 20 favorites on the RSC Facebook page starting Wednesday, November 25 through Wednesday, December 2.  You must be a fan of RSC on Facebook to view and vote on the Top 20 selections
8. Only one (1) vote per individual on the Top 20.  You are encouraged and welcome to campaign and communicate the ability to vote to others
9. Entries must be original work of submitter.  Plagiarized entries will be disqualified and not returned (submitting and using another person’s photo as one’s own)
10. Use of copyrighted materials is prohibited
11. No photos will be returned and RSC reserves the right to use all photos submitted for future marketing and communication considerations
12. Inappropriate submissions and comments posted may lead to dismissal from the club
13. Prizes will be awarded for the top 3 photo vote receivers (RSC spirit wear selection options vary depending on each winner’s size)
    • 1^st Place:  $50 gift card and RSC spirit item**
    • 2^nd Place:  $25 gift card and RSC spirit item**
    • 3^rd Place:  RSC spirit item**
14. RSC 2015 Fall Photo Contest Schedule:

• Now – Sun 11/22/15:  Contest photo submissions
• Wed 11/25/15:  Top 20 photos selected
• Wed 11/25/15 – Wed 12/2/15:  Voting on Top 20 on Facebook
• Fri 12/4 – Top 3 Winners selected and announced
