Risk Management

JASA operates in compliance with NCYSA's Risk Management Program.

Every coach, assistant coach, substitute coach, team manager, skills trainer, Director of Coaching, Academy Director, volunteer, referee assignor, athletic trainer, program administrator, and Association Officers of JASA will be risk managed through NCYSA.

Information may not submit correctly using a smartphone. Therefore we STRONGLY recommend using a computer to complete this application.

Incorrect applications will be deleted and you will be asked to complete a new application.

Per NCYSA Policy: ALL Coaches MUST have their NCYSA CARD VISIBLE while on the sideline. All people without a NCYSA card will be removed from the players and staff side of the pitch.
