Local Soccer Legacy
The History of Jasa
JASA has been providing youth soccer to the Jacksonville community since 1975. As a volunteer-run organization, JASA is dedicated to creating an enjoyable and rewarding experience for players and their families through the game of soccer.
While the program has produced collegiate and even professional athletes, its primary focus has always been individual development through participation in the sport. JASA offers a quality soccer experience for every player, emphasizing skill development, understanding of the game, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
JASA does not receive direct public funding but maintains a strong working relationship with the City of Jacksonville. The main soccer complex, Woodlands Park—home to league matches—is a strong example of collaboration between volunteers, civic groups, and local government.
