Community Efforts

Support Jasa

The Jacksonville Area Soccer Association (JASA) has provided youth soccer to the Jacksonville community since 1975. As the largest and only full-service soccer club in Onslow County, JASA serves boys and girls from U5 through U19, supporting more than 600 players and their families.

While the organization has produced collegiate and professional players, its primary focus has always been on individual development and growth. JASA is committed not only to developing better players, but also better people.

JASA Recreation operates under a volunteer Board of Directors, with all programs guided by established bylaws.

In June 2024, JASA officially partnered with Wilmington Hammerheads to expand competitive programming. This partnership streamlines administration and provides players with opportunities to compete at higher levels, including pathways to the ECNL. It also allows the Board to focus more closely on strengthening the recreational program.

Together, JASA offers Recreation, Academy, Classic, CDL, ECNL, camps, and supplemental training programs.

JASA maintains a strong working relationship with the City of Jacksonville. The main soccer complex, Woodlands Park—where over 500 home matches are played each season—is a strong example of collaboration between volunteers, civic organizations, and local government. JASA leases the facility from the City of Jacksonville for exclusive soccer use.
