Team name and age group can be emailed to the JASA Indoor Admin Registrar. Original Medical waiver roster application forms should be turned in by January 12th during check in. 

Tournament sites for 2024 will be announced later.

Player registration is by birth year (Ex 2006 is U17). Players may not be over the age of 18!
